single for over 5 years now,I've dated a bit but mostly just got to know myself again after a 28 year relationship. About 18 months ago I realised I'd let myself go and at 5'11" at 106kgs I was obese, worse, I was a walking heart attack. I changed my diet and started walking, pulled out my old total gym and started working out and I discovered core building and became addicted. Now I've lost 23 kgs and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in, still working out most nights. I love my kids, my country, boating, fishing, classic rock and sex. I'd like to go back to dance classes soon but I'm still working on a lot of things in my life. My launch needs work and I need to fix it, sell it and get back into a nice trailer boat so I can get back out there. I've bought a small house and it needs work and I've done a lot but still have a lot to do. I'm a little older than my profile pic but it's still the best likeness I have. My hair is longer now.
Someone who loves the water, keeps themself in shape and likes sex as much as I do. Favourite is oral, both ways but if I have to choose I'd rather give than receive.
