Let’s start with this, as I enjoy dining and trying new restaurants I enjoy morning runs at the lake. I enjoy a little happy hour on the NOMI patio. In the winter it’s the 404 wine bar or CRU, actually it’s anyplace cozy. Weekends in the summer you’ll generally find me on the water. How can you not with such a great lake! Evenings are spent with new music, bbq with friends or the occasional Ravinia. One of my greatest passions is cooking. I’m an entrepreneur and own my company. This allows me to enjoy a nice work/life balance. Right now I prefer to live right downtown, but the burbs (Lincoln Park, Gold Coast?) will more than likely happen eventually. Life is short, so I think you should make the most out of every day. I also believe that rules are meant for lemmings. Taste the zest or else the spice of life is like fast food, boring and unhealthy.
