Hey my name is Shaun, 6ft 2in tall (188cm), Truth be told I'm a fun loving outdoorsy kind of guy who is quite patience with life. I tend to be a bit shy at first but after you get to know me I'll have you laughing and thinking all at the same time (bit of a joker and a philosopher).My Carree choice is a Chef (been one for 6 years now). I have completed my patisserie course this year. Then next it is off to William Angliss to start a bachelors degree in Hospitality Management. After all that I'll have to see where life takes me then (Hopefully have my own little cafes setup around).
