Looking to meet new and exciting friends
Not much to tell. Still a Standard Member so privileges are sort of restricted. Born in Western Canada, banished to the East. Cowboy, hardrock miner, security guard, scientist, researcher, computer programmer, software/hardware developer, semiretired, student, pretty much in that order. Pretty bland that, eh? OK, I'm 6 ft (183cm.) tall, 220 lbs (100 Kg), no fat, a bit thin on top, love to canoe, hike and fish in remote places, spending quiet time with a special someone trying to make her as happy as possible. Right now I live in a small town beside a lake; I DON'T like big cities. I'm of Irish descent, enjoy the occasional beer, do NOT smoke, and I'm a terrible dancer. I adore dark haired women, especially if they are bright, easy to talk to, are in good shape, have a good shape, and are proud of the shape they have and are in. Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Ebony, AfroAmerican, Oriental, it matters not to me. Just be honest and truthful with me as I will be with you.
Intelligent, bright, fun, definitely a NONsmoker, social to moderate drinker, loves anything Irish, enjoys long walks, and meaningful discussions. She should be open, up for trying new things (or old things in a new way), reasonably uninhibited, have a caring and sharing personality, and enjoys outdoor activities. Race, religion, ethnic background of no specific concern. I would prefer she be athletic with a good build, nice body, long dark or black hair, eye color of no concern, and a wonderful smile. A postsecondary education would definitely be an asset, from the bachelor level on up through to the postdoc level. Specialty of no concern. She should be a romantic and still believe in unicorns and faeries, the spirits of Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy. She is not afraid to be adventuresome, or to try and push the envelope of life, even if it's just a little bit. A quiet spontaneity, an impish impulse, a bit of a tease, and very tactile would round it all out.
