I have two boys living at home ages 5 and 7 and they do take a lot of time up so it would be nice if you lived close to me and could come over to hang out once in a while at my place. Age and race do not mater within reason but at least be old enough to drink. I base my judgment on the person and nothing else if you are a mature 21 year old great and the same goes for a young at heart 50. I am interested in someone I can have a conversation with and like people who have something going on upstairs. You don't have to be a rocket scientist by any means but be able to hold your own in a conversation. Would like someone who can clean up well if we go out somewhere and can get dirty if we don't. I am not looking for any drama from anyone I am going out with either. Been there done that not worth it! I would love to find someone who enjoys hiking and the outdoors for weekend getaways also.
