Lou Gooden is a Jamaican who attended Crescent College, located in Kingston, Jamaica. Before he graduated from college, he took the opportunity to be a disc jockey for Tom (The Great Sebastian) Sound System.During 1973 he attended ?American School of Broadcasting in Philadelphia USA, where he completed a oneyear broadcasting course.After performing as a club disc jockey in Kingston, he was later employed by ?Negril Beach Village? (Hedonism 11) as disc jockey and entertainment manager 1977.He resigned in 1981 and migrated to the USA and attended three additional broadcasting colleges. He later embarked upon a broadcasting career at W.N.W.K. 105.9 FM and W.R.T.N. 93.5 FM in New York. He returned to Jamaica during the spring of 2002 to complete the book Reggae Heritage. The second is now completed and will be launched during December 2006...Titled: "JAMAICA SOUND SYSTEMS"...(The Good, The Bad and The ugliest)
