Life is good
I enjoy 7 things in life. They cost nothing except a little time and effort: 1) a spiritual connection with God: helping me to become the best version of myself; 2) good friends; 3) being a Dad; 4) WIDEranging intellectual stimulation; 5) creative expression or innovation in whatever I do; 6) finding ways to give back; and 7) taking care of my body.
