Looking For Some Magic
Friends describe me as energetic, hard working, independent, responsible, intelligent and semihumorous. I keep busy with my professional life, coaching youth ice hockey (someone else's kids) + traveling. I have an interest in many things. I have managed to delay the search for a new sax teacher, so learning to play the saxophone is a future project. I am passionate about many things including: Australia, Canada, London, Paris, National Public Radio, KCRW, KPCC, magic, the Detroit Red Wings, hockey, indie movies and my Grammy winning pals, "Riders In The Sky." I feel comfortable at a black tie event or jeans at a neighborhood cafe. My ideal woman is independent, smart, articulate, selfsufficient, confident + fun. Originally from the Midwest, I've maintained to retain 'some' of those values.
What interests you? What kind of music do you like? What turns you on? My music taste is eclectic "world" music, from Ravi Shankar, King Sunny Ade, Yothu Yindi, Sheila Chandra, Tina Arena, Pink Martini, Gipsy Kings, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Bob Marley, Massive Attack, Beach Boys, Jimi Hendrix to jazz, blues, classical, Motown, Riders in the Sky. As a child (Ha!) I attended the first Woodstock Music Festival.
