Looking for fun... is this the right place?
I ended a LTR (20 years) last summer, and I'm ready to move on. I have 3 children (2 adults and a 10year old). When I'm not online, I'm reading. Like to talk politics and/or physics (e.g. Relativity & Quantum Mechanics). I spend about an hour online and another hour reading for every minute I spend watching the tube. I've finished rereading the Outlander series and am about halfway through the latest release. I have a stack of nonfiction that I'll get to as soon as I'm done with the series. I love music and have over 300 albums ranging from Abba to ZZ Top, Bach to Beatles to (Pat) Benetar. John Denver to Devo. Having a collection that everybody can find something they like is easy. Mine is large enough that everybody can find something they hate (including myself). I have 3 guitars (all in tune, but rarely played), an electronic keyboard (same) and a clarinet (that needs new reeds). The only musical "instrument" that gets regular use is my voice.Side note: If you need to use the facilities while you're here, the seat WILL be down.
I'm not looking for a LTR, but I wouldn't mind finding one. I'm interested in meeting someone, possibly hooking up if the right opportunity arises. . I don't mind if you are actively religious, as long as you don't mind that I'm not. Playing card games is a plus (e,g, cribbage, bridge, spades, hearts (the only poker I'm interested in is strip poker. If you play a musical instrument, that's also a plus (with bonus points for flutists, especially if you have one). I'm in good shape, and am looking for someone who takes care of herself (not necessarily a health nut, but not gone to pot). I don't do tobacco (in any form) and don't like it. Smokers need not apply.
