depends what I'm looking for at that moment, if it's just sex then some kind of attraction has to be present, if it's for long term then I try to look past the attraction and try to learn more about their personality, likes and dislikes, things we may or may not have in common, no specific thing, I won't know who I will want to be my future partner until I actually meet them, sex usually happens at first in most any relationship I think and then if both parties are happy then it usually proceeds from there, learning more about each other
